Mr. Williams was my 5th grade teacher at Elsmere Elementary and by far was the best teacher I had throughout 16 years of schooling. He saw something special in me and took me under his wing. I’ll always remember him teaching me about “procrastination” and to this day I carry that lesson with me. He will truly be missed by myself and all my classmates.Andrew O’Brien, Delmar, NY

Willsboro will miss you, Rutch!Arlene Bigelow, Willsboro
Condolences to Matt, Pieter, Rebeca and all the Williams family. It will never be the same at camp without Rutch, the” Hello Neighbor” from across the yard with his booming voice, his laugh and of course the same stories told over and over. Rest in peace. God Bless - Ron and MitsieRon and Olivia (Mitsie) Danforth, Willsboro
I remember him transferring over to Glenmont elementary School. I was in 2nd grade, and I couldn’t wait to reach the 5th grade, so Mr Williams could become my teacher. He was that good at his job!Joe Diacetis, Rincon
