Asprion, Frederick S.

ALBANY- Frederick S. Asprion, 77, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021. Born and educated in Albany, he was the son of the late Frederick and Esther (Kosinski) Asprion. Fred was a Marine Corps. Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He was a licensed funeral director for several years in Ravena and later worked for Colonie Liquor Distributors.

Fred was predeceased by his wife Marsha (Jones) Asprion; his son Michael and brothers Stephen and Robert. He is survived by nieces Jacqueline (Joseph) Montiglio, Stacy Asprion; great nieces Angelina and Isabella Montiglio, and many cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday November 19, 2021 at 11am in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave. Relatives and friends are invited and may also visit with his family prior to the service from 9:30- 11 am. Interment with Military Honors will follow the service in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
