Barr, Patricia Cavotta

Halfmoon- Patricia Cavotta Barr, 68, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at home. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Eleanor Salkis. Patty worked for the NYS Police, Troop G as principal clerk for over 30 years.She was President of the Troop G and T CSEA Union Chapter for 19 years.Patty was also a member of the Colonie Elks Ladies Auxiliary and Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Orrin J. Barr, Jr.; children Shelly and her fiancé Jason Roux, OJ Barr, and Deborah Jensen; grandchildren, James, Katlin and Brittney Trifiletti and great-grandchildren Kaiden and Joshua.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:30a/m. in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home, Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 2-5p.m.. Burial, Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands.
