ALBANY- Rudolph Bennett,75; a Retiree of NYS OGS, died suddenly November 5, 2012 at home. Born in St. Matthews, SC, he is survived by his mother, Mary Howell of Brooklyn and a daughter, Marsha Duggar of Albany. He was predeceased by his son. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
