Bonilla, Peter

TROY- Peter Bonilla, 80, died Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Albany Medical Center after a long illness surrounded by family. Born and educated in NYC, he was the son of the late Frank and Margarita Santiago Bonilla. Mr. Bonilla was a Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict He worked as a Printer with the former Page One Graphics in Schenectady. Mr. Bonilla loved spending time with his family and he enjoyed playing the lottery. He was an avid fan of the NY Yankees and the NY Giants.

He is survived by his wife, Karen (Troeger) Bonilla; his five children, Lily, Peter, Debbie, Christina (Raymond Plante), and Alisia; grandchildren, great grandchildren and his cherished Michael and Dylan; his brothers Frank (Maria), Sammy (Vita), Charlie and sister Daisy; brothers-in-law Robin (Mary), Kurt (Kathleen), Carlton (Wendy), sisters-in-law Cory (Jack), also many nieces, nephews and countless friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave, Albany on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 10 am - 12 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 noon. A private burial will take place with full military honors.
