DELMAR- Vincenta A.(Iannelli) Caminiti, 90, died Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Teresian House. Born and educated in Albany she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta Iannelli. During WWII, Mrs. Caminiti worked at the Watervliet Arsenal. She then stayed at home to raise her children and later returned to the workforce and was employed by the Hartford Insurance Company as a casualty underwriter for almost 20 years. She lived in Delmar for over 50 years and was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Mrs. Caminiti was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing the slot machines in Atlantic City and Las Vegas. She loved to travel with her husband and one of the highlights was a trip to San Francisco, Las Vegas and Hawaii. Mrs. Caminiti was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. She loved entertainment; especially listening to music and dancing.

She was predeceased by her husband, Domenic J. Caminiti and her sister Albina (Santos) DiPietro. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Anthony) Welcome of Kinderhook and son, Charles (Michelle Daly) Caminiti of Jupiter, FL ; her beloved grandchildren Jennifer Lynn Welcome, Jaime Leigh (Thomas) Eastman, and Andrew Anthony (Melissa) Welcome; her great grandson, Evan Anthony Eastman and her brother Victor (Helen) Iannelli of Albany. She is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 8:45 am from the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc, 490 Delaware Ave. thence to St. Thomas the Apostle Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home, Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 4-7 pm. Interment will follow the Mass in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
