ALBANY- Isabelle (Viglucci) Carey passed from this world to eternal rest on Monday, November 4, 2013. She was born on November 5, 1920, in Albany, to Joseph and Antoinette (Pezzula) Viglucci. One of nine children, she attended PS #8 and Philip Schuyler High School. Isabelle grew up in the warm and loving community of St. Anthony
