Clark, Laurie Ann

COLONIE- Laurie Ann Clark, 60, passed away suddenly on December 14, 2014. Born in Rutland, Vt. she was the daughter of William and Beatrice (Denna) Clark.Laurie was the oldest of 10 children.She was a graduate of Rensselaer high school.Later on she graduated with an associate’s degree from JCA in Albany.

Laurie enjoyed many activities such as reading, telling jokes, and playing cards.She enjoyed being with people and laughing.She also loved the movies and going out to dinner.Laurie liked to travel when she could, especially going on cruises.She also loved spending time with her family.She was a beloved member of the More Abundant Living Ministries .

Laurie is survived by her husband Efrain Kroon of Colonie;her children, Shawn(Melissa) Clark of Albany, Jamie Clark of Watervliet and Nimarra (Derrick) Loyd of Indiana;her grandchildren, Anthony and AJ Wesley of Rhode Island and Onaliah Loyd of Indiana.She is also survived by 3 brothers and 3 sistersand several nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Randi; a brother and two sisters.

The family of Laurie Clark would like to thank the staff at St. Peter’s Hospitalfor the care which was provided to Laurie during her stay.

Services will be held on Thursday December 18, 2014 at 6 p.m.at the More Abundant Living Ministries, 131 George Street, Green Island, NY 12183. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the Church prior to the service from 4 to 6 p.m.
