Conway, Frederica “Ricky”

VOORHEESVILLE- Ricky’s faith carried her to the Lord with grace and dignity on October 27, 2013. Ricky was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband, Jim. She is survived by her children, Michael (Barbara) Conway of Voorheesville, Gregory Conway of Leadville, CO, Erin Conway of Albany, Terese (Kevin) Kenyon of Duanesburg, Kevin Conway of Albany and Kara Conway (John) Love of Guilderland. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy, Daniel Conway, Meagan Hillengas, Jack Kenyon, Timothy Love, Michaela Conway, Katherine Love, Madaline Kenyon, Jillian Love, Colin Kenyon and Emily Conway. She is also survived by her two brothers, Harry Allan of Guilderland, NY and Thomas Allan of Long Beach, CA. She was predeceased by her sister, Marilyn Allan. She most enjoyed her favorite chair at Lake Luzerne watching the sun set.

Ricky was a long-time volunteer of the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ricky’s memory to the St. Peter's Hospital Foundation, c/o St. Peter's Hospice Inn, 319 S. Manning Blvd., Suite 114, Albany, NY 12208. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, October 29th from 3-7 in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave. Albany. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 30th at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Church, Guilderland, followed by interment at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, NY.
