DELMAR- Dr. Royal A. Cutler, Jr., 94, of Delmar, passed peacefully into the loving presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 15, 2013.
Born in Spokane, Washington, he attended Whitman College in Walla Walla and moved to Troy to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (M.S, Ph.D.).
Dr. Cutler was employed for 39 years at Sterling
