ALBANY- Nancy A. (Quinn) Dillon, 74, died Saturday, April 07, 2012 at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Albany she was the daughter of the late John R. and Josephine F. (Hart) Quinn. Mrs. Dillon was a graduate of the former St. Ann’s Academy. She worked for the Albany County Department of Social Services for more than 20 years, retiring in 2000 as a Principle Examiner. Mrs. Dillon was a communicant of the former St. John’s- St. Ann’s Church in the South End (St. Francis of Assisi Parish) and a member of AARP and the Joseph Zaloga American Legion Post. She enjoyed traveling, casinos and spending time with her family and friends.

Wife of the late Phillip M. Dillon; beloved mother of Christine M. Treadway, Stephen B. Dillon and Kathleen M. Tremont; loving sister of Ellen (late Austin) Roberts and the late Susan (late Robert) Grattan; cherished grandmother of Kevin and Brian Treadway, Nicole, Jennifer and Meaghan Dillon, Michael and Daniel Tremont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany thence to St. Francis of Assisi Parish-South End Worship Site (formerly St. John’s – St. Ann’s Church), corner of 4th and Franklin Streets, Albany where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
