Elizabeth A. Andrews

CLIFTON PARK - Elizabeth A. Andrews, 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday February 22, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 22, 1953, daughter of the late Robert J. O’Malley and Elizabeth R. O’Malley. Beth is survived by her husband William and two sons Ryan (Sue) , John (Meaghan) Andrews. Grandmother (Gma) to Teagan, Braeden, Quinn and Brent.

Beth was raised and lived in Delmar until a recent move to Clifton Park. She graduated from Bethlehem Central School and Maria college with a nursing degree. Post college graduation worked as an RN at Albany Medical Center Hospital, D.C.I Dialysis Center Albany and Whitney M. Young jr. Health Center.

Beth was 16 years old when she first took trips to Lake Champlain. She loved going to the Willsboro Bay family camp to boat, fish and swim. Soon her two boys would also enjoy the lake and it’s fun. Beth would tell the boys “ we’re going to summer lake” which was the signal for excitement . She was also in love with the high peaks and Lake Placid. She had many wonderful trips to the Whiteface Lodge which was a happy place for her and her family. She also loved to cook, hosting many thanksgiving dinners for family. Member of the South End Irish and participated in Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade committee and the Vischer Ferry Fire Department Auxiliary. She enjoyed dinners at Sam’s Italian restaurant on Fridays for years. She loved her two dogs Maggie and Hildi. A special thanks to the Community Hospice, Andrea and Amanda for the wonderful care.
