Fredenberg, Madelyn

ALBANY- Madelyn A. (Pine) Fredenberg, 71, passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late James and Madeline (Higgins) Pine. Madelyn lived in Waterford and Cohoes before settling in Albany. She was a sales clerk for many years and a longtime Communicant of the former St. James Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Keith L. Fredenberg. Survivors include her dear friends, Kathleen Purello of Schenectady, James O’Sullivan and Alison Tovar of Albany.

Thank you to Capital Living Nursing Home for the great care extended to Madelyn over the past year.

A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, September 14th at 10 a.m.in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Albany. All are invited to attend. Inurnment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy, NY.
