Hermance, Edith C.

DELMAR-Edith C. (Dennis) Hermance, 93, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014 in the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born and educated in Hudson she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Gregory) Dennis. Mrs. Hermance moved to the Capital District after her marriage in 1942 and had lived in Delmar for many years.

Beloved wife of the late Wilson E. Hermance who died in 2001; loving mother of Janet E. Hermance of Delmar and Wayne Hermance of Guam; sister of Estelle Grab of New Jersey and the late Floyd, Edward and Henry Dennis. She is also survived by her beloved canine grand-baby, Buttons.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
