Lintner, Karl A.

NEW BALTIMORE- Karl Alois Lintner was called home by the Lord into His heavenly Kingdom, Monday, March 14, 2011. Born in Sierning, Austria he was the son of the late Alois and Anna Lintner. Karl retired from Freihoffer Baking Company in Albany, NY.

Karl is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Charlotte Lintner; his sons, Peter R. Lintner and his wife Susan, Anthony Lintner and his wife Lynn; his nephew Louis Salenovich; and his 5 grandchildren; Anthony, Michael, Cori, Christopher, and Britney. He was predeceased by his sister Ann Salenovich and brother-in-law Anthony Salenovich.

The family expresses a special thank you to the Ravena Rescue Squad for all of their help.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Wednesday, March 16, 2011 from 4-7 pm in the Norman E. Dascher Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 10:30 am in the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 57 Hurlbut St. Albany, NY 12209. Interment will follow the service in Holy Spirit Lutheran Cemetery, Glenmont, NY.
