ALBANY- Maria Paonessa 92, entered eternal life on Dec 10, 2025. A resident of Albany since 1973, she was born in Italy the daughter of Michele & Grazia Paonessa. Maria was predeceased by her husband Salvatore. She is survived by her children, Frank(Connie) Paonessa, Josie(Craig) Knack, Michael (Stephanie DeSorbo) as well as her grandchildren, Frank (Billie) Paonessa, Daniel Paonessa, Christina (Chris) Lujan, Michaela Paonessa, Alex Paonessa, Nicholas Paonessa, Ryan Paonessa and Victoria (Tim) Blake, great-grandchildren Luca and Leo Paonessa and Thomas and Harper Blake.

Visitation will we be at Daniel Keenan Funeral Home 490 Delaware Ave. Albany on Saturday December 20, 2025. From 10 to11:30 am, followed by service at 11:30 am. Burial immediately following at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to The Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer at Albany Medical Center 43 New Scotland Ave. Albany, NY 12208.
