ALBANY- Elaine (Napoli) Palmisano McCann, 95, died Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Camilla (Naples) Napoli. She was a graduate of Albany High School and Mildred Elly Business School. Mrs. McCann worked for the NYS Dept. of Taxation and Finance for over 20 years. Elaine loved golf, bridge and going to Florida.
She was the wife of the late Frank Palmisano and the late John
