DELMAR- John F. McGarrahan, 80, died peacefully Thursday, March 1, 2012. Born in Cohoes, NY he was the son of the late John C. and Kathleen (Ryan) McGarrahan. Dr. McGarrahan was a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, and earned his Doctorate in Biochemistry from Union College. He was a Navy Veteran. Dr. McGarrahan was a Clinical Chemist at St. Peter
