Mosley, Valarie R.

DELMAR- Valarie (Robins) Mosley, 94, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Born in New York City she was the daughter of the late George and Maybelle (Prinz) Robins. She was a graduate of Bethlehem Central High School and attended Oneonta Teachers College.

Mrs. Mosley was a secretary for Albany Insulation in Delmar for many years. She was a Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post in Delmar and had also served as Auxiliary President at the County and District level. She enjoyed bowling and had been a member of several leagues.

She was the wife of the late William S. Mosley; mother of Gregor (Melissa) Mosley of Albany, Kevin (Maria) Mosley of Lutz, FL. and the late Robin William Mosley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 12 Noon Friday, October 3, 2014 in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until 12 Noon, prior to the service. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Delmar.
