Oliver, Angela

Colonie- Angela (Prividera) Oliver, 84, died Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at the Albany County Nursing Home. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Ignatius and Antonia (Trovato) Prividera. Mrs. Oliver was a graduate of the former St. John’s Academy. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, formerly St. James Church.

Survivors include her husband Richard E. Oliver; children, Katherine (Mike) Fallanca of Albany, Richard K. (Kathy) Oliver of Glenmont, and Susan Jackson of Chatham; her sisters and brothers, Mary McCabe of Menands, Mario Prividera of N. Carolina, Salvatore Prividera of Latham and the late Carmella Riscica; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 in St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 391 Delaware Ave., Albany. Relatives and friends are invited. There will be no public calling hours. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.
