GUILDERLAND – James T. Pitts, 82, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 6, 2017 at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Kapp) Pitts. He was a life member of the former St. John’s-St. Ann’s Church.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters. He is survived by three sisters, five brothers and a host of relatives.
A graveside service will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Jolley Road in Glenmont with Sister Natalie Runfolo, RSCJ presiding. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
