ALBANY- John T. Ragule, 66, died Thursday evening, July 8, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family after a two year battle with lung cancer.
Born and educated in Albany, he was the son of the late Theodore and Helen (Weinlein) Ragule. John was a US Army Veteran serving in the 101st Air Calvary Regiment, Rainbow Division. He began his career with Carpenter
