Rinaldo, Frances M.

ALBANY- Frances (Geraci) Rinaldo 94, died Sunday, October 3, 2010 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center.

Born in Rimersburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Santo and Maria Rita Geraci. Frances lived a long an strong life. The proud mother of five children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Frances spent many years cooking for her family and providing a warm and loving atmosphere of love.

She worked for many years as the chief cook for the Albany School District, retiring from the Arbor Hill Elementary School at the age of 75. She would often enjoy the times when she had a chance to serve the children, and would cherish the compliments that came from them.

Frances enjoyed traveling with her family when she was able to do so. She still enjoyed having the whole crew over to her house for pizza on Friday nights. Whenever possible, the nuclear family would gather, eat pizza and play cards together. It was her wish that this family tradition continue even after she passes on.

She leaves four of her children, Charles (Theresa), Joseph, Robert (Christine) Rinaldo and Fran (Dave) Peters. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph C. Rinaldo, her son William
