Robin Campbell Troeger, 80, passed away on November 23, 2023. Born in Brooklyn, NY on March 28, 1943, and is the son of the late E. Robert Troeger and Phyllis Jean Campbell.
Robin attended Bay Shore High School and Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, Ohio. He started his career as a designer and production manager with Wesco
Associates, Inc. in Manhattan in 1966 and eventually established his own design firm, P.O.P. ROBIN Displays and Promotions, from which he retired in 2006.
He is survived by his loving companion, Mary Connair. He was the loving brother to Cory (Jack) Ewald, Karen (late Peter) Bonilla, Carlton (Wendy) Troeger, and Kurt (Kathleen) Troeger; also survived by his nieces Katie (Nick) Pietris, Emily (Brock) Boland, Christina (Patrick Endy) Plante, Courtney Troeger, Alisia (Justin) Frowein, Lauren Troeger and nephew Max Troeger; grand nephews Caeden Troeger, Colton Shaefer, Michael Plante, Dylan Plante, Connor Pietris, Brock Boland, Noah Boland, Niko Frowein and grandniece Elizabeth Pietris.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday December 9, 2023, from 11:00 to 12:00 with a Memorial Service to take place at 12:00 at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Avenue, Albany, NY 12209.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Robin's memory may be made to the Capital City Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 1999, Albany, NY 12201.
