DELMAR – Victor J. Rosado, 68, died suddenly Sunday February 18, 2018 at home. Born and educated in NYC, Victor served in Vietnam as a US Marine.He had lived in Albany for the past 20 years.Victor was a volunteer at the Albany VA Hospital.
He is survived by his three sisters and his dear friends Ed and Judy Gilligan and family.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
