Spellicy, Jo Beth

LOCH SHELDRAKE- Jo Beth Spellicy, of Loch Sheldrake passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014 at Albany Medical Center. The daughter of Michael and Dorothy Dolgas, she was born on April 12, 1957 in Livingston Manor, NY.

Jo Beth served her community as a Registered Nurse and drug and alcohol counselor at several treatment facilities throughout the Hudson Valley, where she received several commendations for her dedication to her patients and clients. She cared greatly for her pets, friends, and neighbors.

Jo Beth is survived by her son Christopher Coll and his wife, Sabrina of Albany, NY; her brothers: James Dolgas, of Athens, NY; Richard and his wife Sandi, of Cape Coral, FL; Michael Dolgas, of Pickens, SC; Thomas Dolgas and his wife Lorraine of Essex Junction, VT; Brian Dolgas and his wife Jean, of Stillwater, NY; her sisters: Jill Iorio and her husband, Richard of Suffern, NY; Lori O’Shaughnessy and her husband, Joe of Queensbury, NY; Mary Pardi and her husband, Terri of Pickens, SC; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kelly Coll, and her brother, John Michael Dolgas.

A memorial service will be held in the spring.
