Stack, T. David

COLONIE - Thomas David Stack, 68, of Colonie, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Born on March 2, 1945, David grew up in Cohoes and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Niagara Mohawk after more than 30 years, and continued his work in landscaping and property maintenance. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved the outdoors.

David is the son of M. Stella Stack (Burns) and the late Theodore Stack; son-in-law of Velma and Eugene Calabrese. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine (Calabrese) Stack and his children, Nicole (Nick) DeCelle, Darcy (Anthony) Battuello, Deanna Stack, Kim (Greg) Stack-Gaston and Michael (Brooke) Stack; also survived by his eight beloved grandchildren and many extended family members and friends. He is predeceased by his son, T. David Stack, Jr. In honoring David’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
