Ten Eyck, Margaret

DELMAR- Margaret (Cronin) Ten Eyck, 5 days shy of her 88th birthday, died Friday, June 3, 2016 at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center. Born in Albany and a graduate of the former Cathedral Academy she was the daughter of the late Frank A. and Josephine (Van Zandt) Cronin, Sr. Mrs. Ten Eyck was a homemaker and after raising her family she worked as a clerk for the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance.

Beloved wife of the late George H. Ten Eyck, Jr.; loving mother of George H. Ten Eyck, III and his wife Jody of Glenmont and Mary Elizabeth Bailey and her husband Dennis of Selkirk; cherished grandmother of Amanda “Mandy” Bailey, Tara Ten Eyck, Ashley Ten Eyck and Michael Bailey; sister of the late Anna Mae, Mary Frances, William, Charles J. and Frank A. “Bud” Cronin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 10, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also visit with Margaret's family from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd., Schuylerville, NY at 12:30 p.m.
