Ulric Thomas Muller

Ulric T. Muller, age 79, peacefully passed away at Albany Medical Center on January 27, 2026. Ulric "Rick" Muller was born on September 12, 1946 in Hartford, CT. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, his two daughters, Marlene and Michelle, his grandchildren, Jeffery, Mariah, and Serena, his brother, Fred, and sister, Cheryl. Rick graduated from Roeliff Jansen High School in Hillsdale, NY in 1965. He earned a Bachelors degree in theology from Baptist Bible College in 1981. He went on to become a pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Cairo, NY. He ministered there until 1994 when he and Barbara were called to be missionaries in Romania. Upon their return from Romania, Rick and Barbara settled into their hometown in Cairo, NY. He was a dedicated father who loved his family dearly. People loved Rick for his honesty, integrity, and generous heart. He will be remembered for his unwavering faith and his dedication in sharing the gospel with others. Rick often told many to "Keep the faith" as a testimony to his unfailing love of Christ.
