Wierzbicki, Tracey Lynn

GRANDY, NC- Tracey Lynn (Warner) Wierzbicki, 58, died suddenly, October 30, 2015 at her home. Born in Schenectady, NY, she is the daughter of Walter and Josephine Warner. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, James J. Wierzbicki; her children Dominic Wierzbicki (Jenai Southard), James and Carol Anne Wierzbicki, Jeremy and Stephen Wierzbicki; granddaughter Destiny Wierzbicki; and siblings Brenda and David Mantei, Stephen and Linda Warner.

Tracey was an LPN whose career was cut short by a debilitating, on-the-job injury. She nonetheless, tirelessly took care of her parent’s healthcare needs in NC. She was also an ASPCA Guardian.

A devout Christian, Tracey was always there for anyone in need. Her tenderness and devotion has touched the lives of so many over the years, and she will be missed greatly.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 9, 2015 at 10:15 am from the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave. Albany thence to The Parish of Mater Christi, 40 Hopewell St. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow the Mass in the Mausoleum of St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.

Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 4-7 p.m.

Those who wish may send memorial contributions in Tracey’s name to the charity of their choice.
