Williams, Jane P.

GUILDERLAND- Jane (Pigors) Williams, 94, formerly of Voorheesville, died Monday, June 20, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. Born and educated in Albany, she was the daughter of the late George and Minnie (Witt) Pigors. Mrs. Williams was a secretary with the Albany County Cooperative Extension in Voorheesville. She was a member of the Bethany Reformed Church.

Mrs. Williams was predeceased by her husband, Tiffany L. Williams, Sr. Survivors include her daughter, Jane L. (late Harvey) Davis of Guilderland; her son, Tiffany L. (Karen) Williams, Jr. of Broadview Heights, OH; her grandchildren, Brett, Sean and Courtney Davis, Matthew, Nathan and Thomas Williams; several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff on the Guadalupe Unit at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center for the loving care extended to Jane during her time as a resident.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bethany Reformed Church, 760 New Scotland Ave., Albany. Burial will follow in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands.
