ALBANY-Joseph Muscolino, 87, died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center

Born in Mitta, Italy he was the son of the late Francesco and Venera (Santoro) Muscolino. Mr. Muscolino was a self-employed contractor for many years and a longtime Communicant of St. James Church.

Husband of Frances (Palamara) Muscolino; father of Angelo (Kathy) Muscolino, Frank (Holly) Muscolino, Mary Anna Muscolino and the late Veronica Muscolino; brother of Domenica DiPietro, Mary (Dominic) Miuccio and Angela (Joseph) Commisso; grandfather of Michael (Samantha), Stacie, Joseph (Victoria), Stephen and Elizabeth Muscolino; great-grandfather of Grady and Cooper Muscolino; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday March 25, 2010, at 8:45 am from the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc. thence to St. James Church, 391 Delaware Ave. where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from 4-8pm. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
